High Polymerization PVC Resin DP-2500

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin appears as a white thermoplastic powder produced by the suspension polymerization process. It is insoluble in water, gasoline, and ethanol, but soluble in ketones, dichloromethane, and aromatic hydrocarbons. PVC resin features good chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, and dielectric properties. With appropriate additives (e.g., plasticizer and stabilizer), it can be converted into a wide range of finished products with tailored physical and mechanical properties. Based on the degree of polymerization, PVC suspension resin is categorized into 8 general grades, ranging from SG-1 to SG-8.

DP-2500

DP-2500 is an ultra-high polymer PVC resin with an average degree of polymerization of 2500 (2400-2600). Its higher molecular weight and stronger intermolecular entanglement provide exceptional resilience, low compression set, and stable hardness across a wide temperature range. It is suitable for high-performance applications requiring outstanding mechanical strength, toughness, and long-term stability.
