615 is an environmentally friendly, non-toxic adipate polyester plasticizer, appearing as a colorless, transparent oily liquid. It is widely recognized as a permanent plasticizer. With its high molecular weight structure, 615 exhibits outstanding migration resistant to ABS and PS, resistance to oil and solvent extraction, and ultra-low volatility. Compared with conventional monomer plasticizers, 615 provides enhanced heat resistance, durability, and long-term stability in PVC applications. Blending polymeric plasticizer like 615 and monomer plasticizers combines advantages of both types, optimizing product performance.
