DPHP is a C10 phthalate plasticizer, produced by 2PH (2-Propylheptanol) and PA (Phthalic Anhydride). It appears as a colorless, transparent oily liquid with good compatibility with PVC. It provides high plasticizing efficiency comparable to DINP. Compared with DINP, DPHP offers improved heat resistance, durability, migration resistance, and electrical insulation. Compared with DIDP, it provides comparable electrical insulation and anti-fogging properties, better heat resistance, durability, and reduced fume generation during processing.
We offer both Standard Grade and Low-odor Grade DPHP. The Low-odor Grade is produced using BASF’s 2PH as raw material, achieving virtually odorless performance, making it especially suitable for applications with strict odor requirements such as automotive interiors.
Low Volatility & High Migration Resistance
Enhanced Durability & Heat Resistance (90℃)
Excellent Electrical Insulation & Fogging Resistance

In iron drums, 200kg net weight per drum, total 80 drums (16MT) per 20’ FCL, OR
In IBC tank, 950kg net weight per tank, total 20 tanks (19MT) per 20’ FCL, OR
In flexibag, around 21-23MT per 20’ FCL.
If stored in tanks, purge N2 to prevent moisture absorption.
If stored in drums, keep the container sealed when not in used.
