TINTM is a phthalate-free, high-temperature resistant plasticizer, produced from INA (Isononyl Alcohol) and TMA (Trimellitic Anhydride). It appears as a transparent, almost odorless oily liquid, soluble in most organic solvents. TINTM offers excellent compatibility with PVC resin, heat resistance, electrical insulation property, and ultra-low volatility. Compared with TOTM, it provides comparable plasticizing efficiency, with improved durability, low-temperature flexibility, aging resistance, and reduced fume generation during processing. The longer and more branched isononyl structure provides enhanced molecular stability, making TINTM a cost-effective alternative to TOTM.
