As a hydrogenated derivative of DOP, it offers comparable plasticizing efficiency and PVC compatibility, while providing excellent flexibility, superior migration resistance, durability, heat resistance, very low exudation and volatility, and minimal odor. It is also non-reactive with blood and pharmaceutical solutions, making it suitable for applications requiring stringent environmental and safety compliance.
