DINCH Successfully Completes EU REACH Registration!

We are pleased to announce that our factory has successfully completed formal EU REACH registration for the plasticizer - DINCH, covering a registered tonnage of less than 1,000 MT per year. This provides an additional sourcing option for European manufacturers and makers supplying the European market.

DINCH is a high-safety, phthalate-free and benzene-free plasticizer. As a hydrogenated derivative of DNP, it is a colorless, odorless and transparent liquid with excellent compatibility with PVC. It offers excellent migration resistance, heat and cold resistance, durability, good processability and very low volatility, making it suitable for sensitive PVC applications where stringent safety and environmental requirements are important.

DINCH is an perfect option for products including:

  • Medical products, such as blood bags, medical gloves, and infusion tubes

  • Children's toys, like vinyl toys

  • Eco-friendly wallpapers

  • Building materials, such as indoor flooring, ceiling panels, rigid door and window frames, and high-grade pipes

  • Other applications like acrylic products, printing inks and food packaging films

In rigid plastic products, such as door and window frames & high-grade pipes, a small amount of DINCH may help improve hardness of the product and reduce brittleness, extending product service life. The actual formulation and dosage should be determined according to the specific application and performance requirements.

With reliable production capabilities, consistent product quality and EU REACH registration in place, we are committed to providing stable and dependable DINCH supply to customers worldwide.
