Recommended Plasticizer:
Conventional: DPHP - excellent resistance to heat (up to 90℃), fogging, migration & aging, low volatility, low exudation, high plasticizing efficiency
In addition to Standard Grade, we also offer a Low-odor Grade DPHP produced using BASF’s 2PH (2-propylheptanol), achieving virtually odorless performance.
Alternative Option: TOTM, TINTM - high-temperature resistant (up to 105℃), low volatility, can partially replace DPHP
Auxiliary Plasticizer & Stabilizer: ESBO (Medical Grade) - mainly as auxiliary heat stabilizer for cost efficiency
Recommended PVC Resins: SG-5 (general), SG-3 (high flexibility & elasticity)

2. Premium Leather Bags & Shoes:
Recommended Platicizer: 630, DPHP, DOTP
Conventional: DOCH - hydrogenated derivative of DOP, phthalate- & benzene-free, similar plasticizing efficiency & PVC compatibility as DOP
Adipate Polyester Option: 630 - phthalate- & benzene-free, low volatility, low viscosity, excellent resistance to aging, exudation, migration, solvent & oil, stability under high temperature (up to 105℃)
Auxiliary Plasticizer & Stabilizer: ESBO (Medical Grade) - mainly as auxiliary heat stabilizer for cost efficiency
Recommended PVC Resins: SG-5 (general), SG-3 (high flexibility & elasticity)
